NEEDED SUPPLIES
- Dum Dums
- 2 Foam Spheres
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Wire Cutters
- Flower Pot
- Stick
How to make it
- Place one foam sphere in flower pot
- Insert stick in foam sphere
- Clip the ends of cream soda Dum Dums and unwrap them
- Cover foam with unwrapped cream soda Dum Dums
- Insert second foam ball on top of stick
- Cover second sphere with red and blue Dum Dums
- Wrap festive ribbon around the flower pot
