Candy Processors:  [Bryan, OH] Candy Processors to fill full-time positions on 2nd and 3rd shift.

2nd Shift Entry Level Steam Systems Utilities Technician: [Bryan, OH] Utilities Technician responsibilities include:  Individual must have basic maintenance experience preferably in an industrial setting and obtain an Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operator License within four (4) years of job placement. Accepts training and develops skills necessary to advance, without bidding, to a Steam Systems/Utilities Technician L/G 14 within (4) years. Assists and develops the skills to plan and perform work and repairs to boiler systems, water/well systems, gas systems, HVAC and steam associated control systems, compressed air systems, and other steam system related equipment.

2nd and 3rd Shift Process Mechanics: [Bryan, OH] Process Mechanic responsibilities include:  Repairs, rebuilds and troubleshoots process equipment on the production floor and throughout the plant.  Responsible for maintenance and adjustment of equipment to provide a quality product at an efficient, productive level.  Works closely with the production process striving to improve quality and efficiency.

2nd Shift Electricians: [Bryan, OH] Typical responsibilities includes lays out and performs all required operations pertaining to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of complicated electrical and electronic equipment and circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and circuits used in the various plant departments, offices and related facilities. May advance to Electrical Technician (L/G 14) without bidding by holding the L/G 13 position for a minimum of 24 months.

Industrial & Systems Engineer:  [Bryan, OH]Primary responsibilities of the Industrial and Systems Engineer include:
• Applying industrial engineering techniques to the manufacturing process to generate effective cost reduction, controls and optimization of complex processes or systems.
• Designs and plans process layout, workflow and safety precautions to maximize the production of food processing operations.
• Continuous improvement efforts focused on making sustainable gains in reliability, safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Methods for achieving and sustaining improvements based on lean fundamentals.


Production Supervisor: [Bryan, OH] Primary responsibilities of the Production Supervisor include:
• Assuring effective supervision of manufacturing processes, managing line efficiencies and providing leadership to shift personnel.
• Assure safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
• Directs the activities of the shift specific maintenance employees with the ability to lead, coach and develop hourly production employees.
• Interact with maintenance management to ensure production and maintenance work as a team.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment following standard procedures and regulations.
• Assist in training employees to ensure safe operating procedures are followed.
