Shipping - UPS
We offer UPS shipping for Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day.  Shipping charges are shown separately as you check out.  Rates are calculated during checkout prior to payment and order completion. Rates are based on the weight of the package, destination and shipping method.  Select the shipping option you would like. UPS Ground is the default choice. All orders are shipped from Bryan, OH.

If you require a different shipping method, please contact Customer Service.

Tracking - UPS
If you provide your proper email address during checkout, you will receive an email from UPS with your tracking number included.  Go to our UPS Package Tracker to find out where you package is with UPS and the estimated delivery date.

Transit Times - UPS
View the UPS map to show the time it will take for your package in transit (not from when you place the order) for UPS Ground from Bryan, OH.

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Items may be shipped in separate boxes.
• We cannot ship to locations outside the U.S.
• Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses require special processing and pricing.

• Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be placed online, but can be called in.
• Orders are not shipped on company holidays, which include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve Day.
