Spangler Candy Appoints New Controller

Bryan, OH September 1999:

Don Holzhause, Vice-President - Finance, has announced the appointment of Bill Martin as Controller of Spangler Candy Company.

Mr. Martin is a native of Ayresville, Ohio, and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University. He was previously Vice President and Controller for Pilliod Furniture, Inc. in Greensboro, North Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to his employment with Pilliod was with the Toledo office of Ernst & Young international certified public accountants.

He will reside in Bryan, Ohio with his wife Donna, his son Kevin, daughter Hillary, and twin sons Austin and Thomas.
