Support Service Purchasing Agent
Spangler Candy Company is currently seeking a Support Service Purchasing Agent to fill a full time position.
Responsibilities include: Coordination of all activities associated with the procurement of maintenance related material and supplies. Maintains & improves Spangler's CMMS for internal customers. Maintains efficient organization of the stockroom. Leads, supervises and coaches stockroom employees.
Position Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess three to five years of related experience in an industrial maintenance department. Inventory management, effective vendor relationships, and cost accounting skills. Ability to analyze, solve problems, communicate effectively, coordinate and organize. Proficient intermediate level computer skills and extensive experience with a purchasing system, MP2 experience a plus.

Retail Account Manager
Spangler Candy Company is currently seeking a Retail Account Manager to fill a full time position in the Sales Department.
Responsibilities include: Primary responsibility to meet company sales goals and maximize sales volume with assigned accounts. Plan, implement, supervise, build strong customer relationships and follow up on sales activities with assigned accounts. Travel requirements up to 60%.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration. Ideal candidate will possess one- two years of sales or marketing experience. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Possess a positive; team oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively take action and develop appropriate solutions. Strong PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in consumer packaged goods a plus.
