Retail Account Manager
Spangler Candy Company is currently seeking a Retail Account Manager to fill a full time position in the Sales Department.
Responsibilities include: Primary responsibility to meet company sales goals and maximize sales volume with assigned accounts. Plan, implement, supervise, build strong customer relationships and follow up on sales activities with assigned accounts. Travel requirements up to 60%.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Administration. Ideal candidate will possess one- two years of sales or marketing experience. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Possess a positive; team oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively take action and develop appropriate solutions. Strong PC skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in consumer packaged goods a plus.

Production Supervisor
Spangler Candy Company has an opening for a Production Supervisor. Ideal candidate will possess 2+years of manufacturing supervision. Exposure to maintenance and machine troubleshooting is desired. Food Safety and sanitation experience a plus.
Primary responsibilities include assuring effective supervision of manufacturing processes, managing line efficiencies and providing leadership to shift personnel. Assure safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards are achieved.
Successful candidate will possess ability to coach and mentor employees in a world class food manufacturing environment. High awareness and commitment to plant safety, food safety and quality. Ability to analyze, solve problems, communicate effectively, coordinate and organize.
